We begin with Tea & Flowers. In this one hour session Mom will explore and choose which Bach Flower Remedies she needs to help her feel her daily best. An Herbal Tea Elixir of her choice will be served.A personalized guided meditation & gentle breathing will follow, leaving her in a peaceful state of mind.A liquid lunch will be served after meditation. You can choose from a variety of juice or smoothie options at CROP our local healthy juice bar  in Sarasota! Hypnosis is her next session. A one hour relaxing guided journey to her self goals.Mom will end the day with a  4 Hand Energy Balancing & Clearing session.This is a deeply relaxing experience by two Reiki Masters.

Healing & rejuvenating! Mom will leave with her curated remedy & a mini gift bag too!A beautiful gift certificate will be offered in email, printable or mailed.This gift of sessions for Mom must be provided on the same day.Please contact us directly to schedule her day of wellness.
