Bach Flower Remedies
Bach Flower Remedies were created by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930’s. The 38 original remedies, gently restore balance between the mind and the body. In this session, you will have an in-depth consultation and one-on-one educational experience where you will choose your flower remedies. You will then be guided on how to create your unique remedy and how you can incorporate these remedies into your daily life. You will receive your chosen and self curated remedy as a gift as a part of this session.
Bach Flower Remedies have many benefits. They are good for stress relief, anxiety, life transition, grief, despair, breaking habits, supporting restful sleep, mental/physical exhaustion and much more.

Energy Balancing & Clearing
Working with natural modalities of energy such as Reiki, breath work and intention setting. Using the elements of relaxing sound and soothing scent to, create a deeper experience in this traditional session. The focus can be on your stress, anxiety, and pain release; as well as targeted problem or concern areas. Energy balancing also helps to naturally boost the immune system and improve sleep quality. Energy Balancing & Clearing by Two
We call this the Yin Yang of our sessions. Using several modalities of energy work such as Reiki, both healers bring their gifts to this session using sound, breath work and guided meditation. Feel deep relaxation, nurturing, stress relief, pain release and more! Find your balance & enjoy a better quality of life!

Womens Wellbeing
This session is dedicated to our female clients for support during their life shifts.This is a more nurturing program, designed specifically for each woman's personal needs. This additional layer of care will allow more time to address the sensitivities or frustrations that can bubble up in ones life. Together we will curate each perfect session for your current life situation. Every session will be different than the one before, as we are constantly changing. Working on inner peace & overall balance.
You can choose a combination of several wellness modalities per session. Energy Balancing & Clearing, Grounding & Cord Cutting, Bach Flower Remedies, Breath work, Meditation or Mindfulness activities.

Aqua Reiki
Water is healing ! Water is physically soothing, mentally calming, emotionally relaxing & spiritually purifying. We use water for physical & emotional cleansing. Water combined with gentle energy balancing is the perfect conduit for creating the ultimate healing, deeper relaxation & a more fluid energy balancing experience.The feeling is like floating into the abyss, while being cradled. Enjoy an elevated Energy Balancing experience facilitated by two seasoned healers! Let us take you on a deeper journey into relaxation & stress relief! Each unique session is designed specifically for your needs.This one hour session includes a guided grounding meditation to support your healing intentions. Chakra clearing & balancing too!
This session is in the comfort of your own pool or hot tub or your private pool location. You will be supported by a floatation system, allowing you to be fully relaxed during your session.

Veteran Program
We are proud to be providers for Operation Rubix. Care for our Veterans is offered for natural stress relief, pain release, emotional and PTSD support. Sessions can include: Bach Flower Remedies, Energy Work Sessions, Meditation, Essential Oils, and more.
Services are provided at our studio in Sarasota or off-site at the location of your choice for an additional fee based on travel time.
Please note, less than 24 hours cancellation will result in a fee of 100% of the reserved service price.
