A deep dive into your subconscious state of mind to release stress and anxiety. Experience Ericksonian hypnosis created by Dr. Milton Erickson. This technique is very gentle and puts the needs of the person being treated first.

During this group meditation, you’ll be guided into hypnosis to help you release, stress tension and anxiety. Specific tools and tips will be given to you to help you relax. You will learn a way to apply this method into your daily life to restore inner peace.

This 90 minute session will begin with an introduction to this type of Hypnosis, then you will be guided through a special meditation and finish with a Q&A.

Specific tools and tips will be given to you to help you learn how to be in control. You will learn a way to apply this method into your daily life to release old habits and restore balance.

Available for small groups.

Clear, Align & Illuminate Meditation

Join us for a one hour clearing meditation to release what no longer serves you, cut cords, align & illuminate your chakras. Take a journey through your energy centers and call in all that is needed for your highest good. Learn to connect to your breath and allow it to take you to a greater place of inner peace. This is an interactive experience. Wear comfortable clothing, as you will be sitting down on the floor for this class. (chairs are provided for those that are unable to sit on the floor)

Reiki 1 Certification

Are you ready to be certified in Reiki 1?

This class is dedicated to teaching you about the history and benefits of Reiki. You will open up to receive your Attunement at this level.

We will start with an introduction where you will learn about your teachers and a little bit about one another. We will set the tone and intention of this class with gentle breathing and a guided meditation. We will then proceed with one on one Attunements. Afterwards, you will experience the practical part of Reiki while learning and practicing hand positions for self treatment.

Reiki 2 Certification

Congratulations! You have already experienced the incredible energy of Reiki in Level 1 and are ready for more with your Level 2 Certification!

This class is dedicated to teaching you how to go deeper with Reiki. You have received your Attunement and are now open to learning about sacred Reiki symbols. We will start with a basic introduction where you will learn about your teachers and a little bit about one another. We will set the tone and intention of this class with gentle breathing and a guided meditation.

During the second part of your class we will get creative and work with you to draw the symbols to help you study/remember them when in session. Afterwards, you will experience practicing sessions with each other as we guide you. Upon finishing this level, you will now be able to give Reiki sessions to other people.

By now you have been working with Reiki energy in your personal life and perhaps in your business as well. You have already experienced the incredible energy of Reiki in Level 1 and learned sacred symbols in Reiki Level 2.

The Master class is your final certification and is designed to teach you how to share your knowledge with others. At this level you will get a refresh on the first two levels , learn the last two symbols and learn how to attune others. We will start with a basic introduction where you will learn about your teachers and a little bit about one another. We will set the tone and intention of this class with gentle breathing and a guided meditation. After we complete the theory portion of the lesson, followed by a Q & A, we will take a short break. Healthy snacks will be provided for everyone.

During the second part of your class we will get creative and work with you to draw the last two symbols to help you study/remember them when in session.Afterwards, you will learn how to attune others by working on one another. We will also practice using the last two symbols with each other as we guide you through sessions. Upon finishing this level, you will now be able to teach Reiki certification levels 1, 2 and 3 to other people.
